Technical Analyst (Level 1 Help Desk)

The Technical Analyst handles the first level of support requests that come in from our clients. They are the first to touch a helpdesk ticket and make sure that the issue is handled quickly and the client is informed of what to expect every step of the way. At NOC Technology we take pride in answering every phone call in 10 seconds or less! The Technical Analyst is essential to meeting this goal on a daily basis.


The number one goal of everyone on our team is to make our clients exceptionally happy. The Technical Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring that happens by handling escalated support requests for the Service Delivery Team that need to be handled on-site. They are assigned the support requests that the Technical Analysts can’t complete as well as any projects that require on-site implementation.
